Happy Friday everyone,
Today was a filled packed day with excitement, laughs and love. We had a very busy morning with lots of friends to play with. Mason had fun playing with his friends from babies 2. Mason and Leon would chase each other around the yard. Mason liked to throw the balls across the yard then run after then again. Mason would bring the ball to Miss Bronagh and he wanted her to throw it across the yard for him. Conor arrived giving Miss Bronagh a big cuddle before venturing off to play. Conor played with the bicycles for a while, then moved to the musical corner and played some music while moving his body. Ruby and Reid had lots of cuddles from their educators. Ruby enjoyed some tummy time and Reid enjoyed listening to his educators sing to him. Elsie and Alex joined us a while later. Elsie enjoyed watching her friends to see what they were doing, then she would crawl around the yard, pulling herself up onto her feet where she was able to. Elsie even started to stand on her feet all by herself before sitting on the ground again. Alex played with the bicycles and then climbed onto the big frog and sat there for a while. Vance and Amilla joined us just as we moved inside for morning tea.
For activity time our friends had fun exploring the different play stations in our room. Mason and Elsie had a lovely nap after their morning tea. Alex, Conor, and Vance played with the ball roller. They took turns to put the ball into the hole and watch the ball fall down layer by layer. Amilla wanted to sit in the chill area and play with the blocks. Amilla picked out the colourful blocks such as blue, pink and red. Amilla then looked at some books. Ruby and Reid had a nice rest after their feeds, then had some tummy time on the mat with Miss Des’ree when they woke up. We all moved to the outside area to investigate the play stations in the yard. We played together for a short while before coming back inside for nappy changes, lunch, and rest time.
We hope everyone has had a great week and has an even better weekend,
See you all next week,
Miss Des’ree and Miss Bronagh
