Happy Friday families
We hope you all had a wonderful day as we had in our room.
Our day started with greeting our friends inside, we all enjoyed role playing in home corner with our friends and then some exploring of our room as we enjoyed some free play. Then we all decided that we wanted to extend our exploration outside using our gross motor skills and spacial awareness to tackle the obstacle course, taking turns on the rocker with our friends and using our hand eye coordination to throw and catch the large soft balls. On the car mat the babies were very taken with the cars pushing them around the road Broom Broom!! Books also was a great engaging moment as the bubs sat together turning pages, sharing, and chatting as they pointed at the pictures in the books. Books are fun and a great learning resource for babies, by helping them to get to know sounds, words and language, and develop early literacy skills. Books spark your child’s imagination and stimulate curiosity, help your child’s brain, social skills and communication skills develop.
After having our yummy morning tea of yoghurt, jelly and fruit Lincoln and Blake went to Tumble tots where they had lots of fun using the rings, balancing beams and their favourite THE FOAM PIT!!!! At group time today Birdie and Pip rowed away together as we sang “Row Row Row Your Boat” while Anselma and Jack clapped their hands happily to “ If Your Happy And You Know It” Zac chose to read some books while his friends were jigging about, all snuggled up in home corner with his teddy.
Pour day and week has been Amazing, thank you for sharing it with us.
Wishing you all a happy and safe weekend, see you al again soon!
