Good afternoon families,
Today we had a very productive day which brought lots of fun, happiness and learning experiences for our little friends. We began our day playing outside . Children enjoyed playing on soft obstacles and with dolls. When we came inside the loose parts attracted lots of attention, and imaginative play. Children played with discovery bottles, cars, rings and dolls. Reading books was their favourite activity as well. They enjoyed turning the pages and talking about what they could see. We sang lots of songs together and the children’s favourite song was “baa baa black sheep”.We also had a look at our silk moth. Now they are laying eggs and this was so exciting for the children.
Annie brought a book “ The koala who could” for book week. We read the book during our afternoon tea time. Children loved the story. Thank you for sharing with us.
In our group activity we offered them the opportunity to play with playdough with the theme of Halloween 🎃. They all had a great time rolling the playdough to make snake 🐍 . They also liked to incorporate scorpions, spiders and bats in their play.
Wishing you all a great afternoon.
