Babies One spent another pleasant day outdoors however we opted to tackle some creative experiences in the form of manipulating play dough and drawing with felt tip pens. There were some very interesting drawing grips emerging full fist ambidextrous and even trying to draw without taking the lids off! We had the baby who used the pens as face paints and of course the one that decided to draw on the chairs and windows but overall a very positive outcome indeed.
Pumpkin soup for lunch and most of the babies really enjoyed it we still have one or two fussy eaters but it does take time to get used to the kindy menu but it will happen but if you are concerned feel free to send a familar snack that can be mixed with our food.
Forecast for the weekend is rain and it looks like it may come earlier so be very careful on the roads tonight.
Once again a reminder about the MS donation tin in the foyer if you could spare a few coins it would be greatly appreciated as my brother Anthony Rafter is doing the Brissie to Bay 50kms ride on Sunday I am ever so proud of him as this is the 9th year he has participated.
Have a great weekend everyone.
