Good Afternoon Families
Welcome to a little snippet of our days adventures here in our magnificent babies three room.
Today we continued on with celebrating Book Week!! Three of our little book worms came dressed as their favourite book character. We had a beautiful rainbow ? fairy, Little Pippy Red Shoes and Elliot The Little Elephant. Thank you for helping us to celebrate. Our little friends also had their books to share. We all loved listening and looking at the pictures in theses beautiful books during our group time activities. ( Elliot The Elephant In The Big City and Pippy Red Shoes Alphabet )
This afternoon for our afternoon tea we all experienced another taste, bitter this time. We took dark chocolate and melted it till it was nice and runny. Then we dipped strawberries and raspberries into it. We also offered them a tiny taste of cocoa powder and goji berries. I will confidently say that bitter wasn’t their taste buds favourite.
Musical instruments sparked lots of interest with our little musicians today. Piano, drums, xylophone and bells helped make some awesome music. We will definitely make it on Australia’s Got Talent I’m sure of it. Our tent was set up with lots of soft fluffy cushions and a basket of books to share. Lots of wonderful language skills, friendships or a Moment of solitude was had as they snuggled up with their friends happily sharing this wonderful engaging moment. Or just a place for some quiet time enjoying your own company.
Obstical course was set up for our adventurers, along with bikes, balls and sand for them to enjoy.
We all enjoyed some free play during our time inside. Getting to choose their interests from the variety of resources on offer. Home corner, dolls, farm animals, blocks and puzzles, being only a few of their choices.
Thank you all for an absolutely wonderful week. Have a great afternoon. And an amazing weekend!
See you all again soon ?
Love Miss Deb and Miss Shafagh
