Good Morning Families

Welcome to another action packed week at Kindergarten! There is a lot happening as the year comes to an end, so please ensure you are checking noticeboards, newsletters, pouches and the blog for information.

This morning the children had a lovely play outside. Mr Peter had washed down the sandpit area, so there was a lot of wet sand to mold and dig, making the sandpit a popular choice.

Following yoghurt and fruit for morning tea, we were ready for our weekly Art lesson with Mrs A. We continued on with our Aliens from last week. Today we had to use textas to trace over our pencil lines and think up a name for our Aliens. There were some creative and interesting names put forward for by the children.

As we finished our Art lesson, we moved into Kindergarten 1 for free play. The mobilo was popular today, with children making cars and trucks. Home corner and the doll’s house was also well used. There were plenty of conversations and interactions taking place between all the children, with sharing and cooperation occurring. The children played with enthusiasm and enjoyment, it was a pleasure to watch.

Many children had their photos taken today. There were some beautiful smiles and facial expressions. We look forward to seeing the end results.

Have a fantastic rest of your Monday!

Regards

Miss Dani & Miss Parisa
