October 30, 2019 Kindergarten 2 No Comments

Welcome to spooky Wednesday in Kindergarten 2 today,

Even though Halloween isn’t happening until tomorrow, we had lots of witches running around in our classroom! So lovely to see how much fun they have dressing up and pretending to be someone else, trying to frighten the teachers in tapping on their shoulders from the back 🙂

We made spooky Spiders today using paper plates. They had pipe cleaners as legs sticking out from the side and the children used paintbrushes to colour the paper plate all in black and stick googly eyes on the little spiders. Great fine motor and hand eye coordination activity.

Atlas pulled out the big puzzle on the mat and called “Who can help me” and Joseph and Billy came over to help Atlas put the big puzzle together. Such great team work!

The big connecting shape blocks were super popular with our friends using all their imagination to put different buildings together. In among all of this we managed to fit in some Yoga!!! Happy, busy times!!!

PLEASE CHECK YOUR POUCHES FOR NOTES!!!!!

We are also collecting toys for Christmas donations. Please read the notice board for more information.

When you return your raffle tickets to the office, please ensure you write your name on them.

Have a fabulous day

Regards

Miss Dani & Miss Nadine
