Good Afternoon Families!
Today has been a wonderful day. This morning we welcomed two new friends to our room Issey and Axel. We had a great morning participating in both indoor and outdoor play activities. Inside we built train sets, set up the road puzzle and played with play dough. Outdoors we played in the sandpit, explored the fort and rode bikes and scooters.
After morning tea Miss Nicole sat with us and one by one we completed a colour recognition sheet. This sheet is to see where each of us is at and to see what colours we can work on together as a group and individually.
After rest time Axel was excited to share his book ‘The game if Finger Worms’ with his new friends. We strongly encourage bringing in books for show and tell! This is a great way to develop your child’s self-esteem and confidence.
Harrison and his friends have decided we should make a train using empty containers -so please if you have any containers bring them in for the art/construction corner.
We have had a great day making new friends and getting to know one and other!
Just a reminder that there is a questionnaire on top of the lockers please feel free to take one.
