Good afthernoon, Pre Kindy family. We’re going to use Xplor from today. I hope everyone can see it.

Today, the children were busy to play at a sand pit and a tree house. They showed a great team work everywhere such as building up a bridge by blocks, drama play, digging and cycling. After morning tea, we had a show and tell and enjoyed dancing with Miss Jenny.

We started with our morning routine:

• Acknowledgement to country
• Days of the week
• Counting and number recognition 10 – 20
• Revising our colours
• Washing hands song

Transition:Miss Remi asked 5 children to wash their hands and sit down each table.

Inside, the children are given variety of opportunities to develop their fine motor, social, role play, construction, coordination and cognitive skills through activities.
The activities available today were:

– Home corner, the children can play with toy food, babies, cots, phones, vacuum, microwave, kettle, café area, doll house, dress up – (dramatic play, memory, social, fine motor, imaginative, pretend play)]


-Sensory play with barks, sand, sticks, leaves, and shells. The children engaging sorting, scooping, lining up and creating something with them. (Imagination skills, Creation, sensory, fine motor skills)

– Dramatic corner, the children engaged dramatic play as a doctor, chef, princess, builder, and butterfly.
