Miss Alison

With over 30 years’ experience in our amazing industry, I am committed to helping make a difference at Benowa Hills Early Learning Centre. My own family have been very passionate educators for many generations, and I am proud to be part of this wonderful centre. With my qualifications in Early Education and Counselling I easily apply these skills to always help the families.
I believe it is an absolute privilege and an honour to nurture and educate children.

Parents are the most important people in their children’s lives, and we never want that to change. We are here to assist parents raise their precious children as an extension of their family.
As educators, we are placed in a position of trust that should never be broken or compromised in any way. Our children are our future and if guided in a positive way, and by always setting positive examples, our children will become confident little learners, ready and eager to create new ideas and positive changes which only they can do as they grow into adults.
If we always “walk the walk” the children will follow by example and extend on our own positive experiences. It is clearly up to us as educators to ensure that we are positive role models for all future generations.

We need to communicate with every child face to face so they know how to communicate in a positive and constructive way. Personalities, confidence, independence and a love of learning is developed through communication, and we need to listen to the children intently at all times.
