Hello and welcome to Happy Thursday as we began our day outdoors in the winter sun. Miss Rowena had put the tea set on the fort and it was very popular with the children as they pretended to make cups of tea and eat the cakes!!!! Murray, Jasmine, Toby and Emily had fun with the water bottles. Murray popped into the box and with Miss Marina we played peek a boo!!!! Emily had been pointing to the moon in the sky and to extend on interest over the next few weeks we will discover the moon and stars. Maybe even explore the planets as we venture into space!!!!! Ashton and Harvey were happy as they enjoyed some sand play after arrival. Termeh and Toranj arrived to enjoy some morning tea. Zavier was munching on an apple that looked so yummy. After morning tea Zavier and Harvey went to gymnastics. Miss Rowena got ready the kangaroo’s with brown and yellow paint as we continue with our Naidoc week activities. Ashton, Murray, Jasmine, Termeh, Toranj, Toby and Emily all had fun as they created and made meaning with the world of paint. Having an understanding of diversity. Outcome 2.
Please enjoy the photos as there are lot’s today. Before lunch we danced to Aunty wendys mob. This is some aborignal songs as we we went walking way out bush. Then it was Kangaroo rock as we jumped, hopped and spun around thumping our tails on the ground. Everyone was ready for some stories as sat down and went to the park with Spot and then we visited his grandparents house. The monkey puppets were very popular as we sang the rainbow song naming the colours of the rainbow monkey. Have a lovely evening and keep warm. with love from Miss Sue and Miss Rowena OXOXOXOXXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXO
