Hello beautiful families
Welcome back in Toddlers 2 for a busy start of the week. This morning the children played in and out. In our outdoor area, they enjoyed playing with the farm’s animals and put together the wooden rail pieces for the train. The cubbyhouse has been moved inside our room now. The children liked to discover the new arrangement of the room. They were hiding in the cubby house and found out there was a nest on the roof.
We got ready for our morning tea a little bit earlier today. The children had crackers with the delicious sunflowers butter. It was accompanied with banana, cereals, and sultanas. Then some of our friends when to the gym while we were getting our activity of the day ready. We kept on doing the Easter card this morning. The children had so much fun using food colouring for painting. Simultaneously, some of the children were having a blast looking after the baby dolls in the home corner and putting them in bed. They sat down at the dinner table pretending to get a lunch ready. They liked to hammer nails on the workbench and twist screw.
For the group time after they danced to the aboriginal music, Miss Rochelle sang the wheels on the bus and then read the book ‘Mylo the monkey’.
Thank you very much for a great start of the week!
